Patients visiting our Practice for the first time will need to book a 30 minute (long) consultation. This allows time for you to share your previous medical history with the Doctor and for you to get to know each other. We ask that you arrive at the Practice 15 minutes prior to your appointment which allows time for you to complete a patient information form. Please bring any relevant documents, x-rays or information regarding prescriptions with you.

Consultations are by appointment only. Standard consultations are 15 minutes which allow for one or two minor issues to discuss. For multiple or complex consultations including women’s health checks or mental health care, please request a longer consultation when making an appointment. If family members need to consult the Doctor at the same time, please advise Reception when making the appointment as this will assist the Doctor in running to time.

Please ask for your preferred Doctor when making an appointment. If there are no appointments available with your Doctor of choice, you will be offered an appointment with one of our other Doctor’s if available.

Appointments must be made for all prescriptions, referrals and the completion of forms and documents.

Our practice accommodates emergency or urgent appointments.
